摘要
半固态加工技术具有高效、节能、近净形生产以及制成品显微组织细化均匀、机械性能好等诸多优点 ,是一种很有发展前景的加工方法。介绍了半固态金属原料制备技术、重熔工艺和成形技术。综述了半固态加工技术的应用领域 。
There are many advantages of semi solid processing technology such as energy saving, high efficiency and net shaped processing. Thixoformed products own fine microstructure and excellent mechanical properties. Therefore, it is a promising manufacturing technology for material forming. The applications of semi solid processing technology and its future were summarized.
