摘要
针对苯乙烯储存过程中聚合物含量对产品质量的影响 ,阐述了苯乙烯的聚合机理和由此造成的危害 ,并从储存温度、阻聚剂含量、氧含量、工艺设施与操作几个方面分析了影响苯乙烯聚合的原因 ,提出了相应的控制措施。
Describes principles of styrene polymerization and harmfulness caused by it,aiming at the influence of polystyrene content on product quality in the process of styrene storing and analyses the reasons which can influence styrene polymerization from such factors as storing temperature TBC content,oxygen content,process facilities and cperation,and presents corresponding control measures.
