摘要
为满足圆盘类零件如精锻齿坯零件的自动落料输送需求,提供了用于输送机构的自动落料装置,不仅有效解决零件输送过程中易出现'卡蹩、堆积、磕碰、倾转和侧翻地落料'的问题,而且可实现各工序之间自动衔接输送。该机构运行平稳、安全可靠、结构新颖、易于制作且调整方便,具有良好的使用价值。
In order to meet demand for automatic blanking transportation of disc parts such as fine forging tooth-billet parts,an automatic blanking device was provided for conveying mechanism,not only could effectively solve problems of'jam,pile up,bump or tilt,and roll material on the side'in process of parts transportation,but also it could realize automatic connection and transportation between various processes.In addition,device has new structure,easy to operate,high automaticity,promoted productivity and worth practically generalizing.
