摘要
针对目前国内隧道掘进机国产化技术短板,结合生产实际,深入研究隧道掘进机液压系统,本文主要是从液压系统关键模块泵站和液压集成块的国产化方面研究入手,进行国产化优化设计,为后续隧道掘进机液压系统国产化提供了可借鉴的经验,同时也对我国隧道掘进机液压系统打破国外垄断提供了技术支持。
In view of technology short board of the domestic tunneling machine localization, combined with the actual production, in-depth study of the tunnel boring machine hydraulic system was carried out. We carried out localized optimization design starting from the pumping station and hydraulic manifold blocks of the key modules of the hydraulic system. It provided experience for the localization of the hydraulic system and technical support for breaking the foreign monopoly in the hydraulic system of tunnel boring machine.
