                    本文介绍实际汽车生产过程中在对冷却系统加注前进行系统密封性检测的方法,同时基于统计过程控制的理论求取密封性检测的阈值。首先定义生产过程采集数据的方法,依据Shapiro-Wilk检验等手段接受数据总体符合正态分布的假设。同时通过控制图判断生产过程处于稳定状态。由于假设检验手段拒绝数据总体符合正态分布的假设,因此求取99.865%分位数作为密封性检测阈值。在实际生产过程中验证该阈值既不会造成过多的误报,同时能准确将微小泄露识别出来。
                
                In this paper a leak detection method for the cooling system during the filling is explained. The change of pressure is used to detect the leak and the threshold is calculated via analysis of the filling data. A sampling method is introduced at first, and then the pattern of is considered to be in accordance with normal distribution by the Shapiro-Wilk test. The stability of the filling process can be determined by looking at the control chart. Because the raw data of is considered to be not in accordance with normal distribution, here the quantile of 99.865% is calculated as the threshold, when the change of pressure exceeds it, the process is considered to be unusual. With this method, the leak of the cooling system can be effectively detected.
