用分光光度法测定三氮唑核苷注射液的含量,克服了中和法由于水解而繁琐费时的缺点,平均回收率99.92％,变异系数0.42％(n=6)。此法简便、快速、准确。
A spectrophotometric method for ribavirin RBV in its injection has been established to overcome the hydrolysising in neutralization method. The average recovery of ribavirin RBV is 99.92% and coefficient of variation 0.42%(n=6). This method is simple, rapid and accurate.
