摘要
分析当前高校采购工作中存在的问题 ,并提出了加强采购工作的建议和对策 ,即加强统一领导、遵循采购原则、实施环节分离、完善制度体系、建立有效监督机制 ,以促进高校采购工作日趋完善 ,效率不断提高。
The article analyses the existing problems in collegiate purchases work at present,and puts forward some suggestions and countermeasures for this work:to strengthen unified leadership,to follow purchasing principle,to carry out the separation of each link,to perfect the system and rule,and to establish effective monitoring mechanism,in order to promote collegiate purchases work to be improving day by day ,increasing efficiency constantly.
