摘要
针对目前青贮包膜广阔的市场前景,结合黑龙江省农业机械工程科学研究院研制的青贮圆捆打捆机,设计了一种悬挂式青贮圆捆包膜机。该设备可以为稻草、牧草、青贮玉米、发酵饲料等圆草捆进行缠膜打包作业,主要包括机器悬挂架、夹抱机构、工作台、拉伸膜供膜机构、夹膜切膜机构、液压系统和电控系统等。为此,简述了青贮圆捆包膜机的工作原理以及关键部件的结构设计,并进行了验证试验。
Aiming at the vast market prospects of silage coating,combined with the silage round baler developed by our institute,a suspended silage round bale wrapping machine was proposed. The equipment can be used to wrap around bales of straw,pasture,silage corn,and fermented feed,The equipment mainly includes a machine hanger,a clamping mechanism,a workbench,a stretch film supplying mechanism,a film cutting mechanism,a hydraulic system,and an electric control system. This article briefly describes the working principle of the silage round bale wrapping machine and the structural design of key components.
