摘要
文中分析了中小企业技术创新存在的问题,提出了中小企业技术创新的措施:保证技术创新资金到位,合理安排组织结构,建立健全技术创新的管理制度,强化企业家的创新精神,科学选择创新产品等。
This article analyses the existing problems of technical innovation in medium and small sized industrial enterprise,and raise effective measures for them.To ensure the capital of technical innovation,arrange organizational structure properly,establish and improve the system of technical innovation management, reinforcement enterprising spirit of enterpriser, scientific select innovation products,etc.
