摘要
本文运用模糊数学的方法,针对师范院校体育教学实际,研究了体育能力的构成及其影响的内在因素,揭示了教材对体育能力的影响程度,通过教学实践,提出了体育能力培养的途径。
Using the method of fuzzy maths, the author discusses the formation of physical capability and its effective internal factors in practice of physical education at normal universities. The article reveals how teaching method influence physical capability. Through physical education practice the author puts forward appoaches to tracning of physical capability.
