摘要
企业统计基础工作面临削弱局面。企业和统计人员要树立为市场经济服务的新观念,保持统计机构人员的相对稳定,建立健全统计原始记录,加快统计信息自动化建设,保证统计数据质量,为领导决策提供科学依据。
The basic work of the enterprise statistics is facing weakening. It's necessary to hold an ideal to serve the new economical market for the enterprises and statistics, to keep the stability of the statistical personages, to set up and better the original statistical records, to accelerate the automatic construction of the statistical information, to make sure about the statistical data quality, to provide the scientific relying-ons for the leader's decision.
