人冠状病毒与SARS病毒 被引量:4

摘要 2003年4月16日世界卫生组织决定将引起传染性非典型肺炎(atypical pneumonia)的病原体,新发现的一种人冠状病毒称为SARS病毒。即严重急性呼吸道综合征冠状病毒(severe acute respiratory syndrome coronavirus)。本文就已知人冠状病毒和SARS病毒的异同谈几点看法。 1 冠状病毒感染的症状和实验室诊断人冠状病毒曾是一种常见的上呼吸道感染的病原,引起成人的普通感冒和胃肠炎。根据血清流行病学调查,在不同人群中,5%~30%的普通感冒是由冠状病毒引起的。儿童重症冠状病毒感染不常见。
