S863天然果蔬饮料对力竭运动小鼠骨骼肌自由基代谢及超微结构的影响 被引量:2

The Effects of S863 Natural Fruit Beverage on Swimming Tolerance and Metabolism of Free Radicals of Skeletal Muscle in Exhausting rats

摘要 为研究S863天然果蔬饮料对小鼠骨胳自由基代谢及耐力运动能力的影响,本实验采用小鼠力竭游泳为运动疲劳模型。将100只成年健康雄性小鼠随机分为对照组、实验组、对照游泳组和实验游泳组。观察各组小鼠骨骼肌超氧化物歧化酶(SOD)活性和丙二醛(MDA)含量及骨骼肌超微结构的变化。实验结果表明:实验游泳组小鼠的游泳时间比对照游泳组小鼠的游泳时间显著延长(P<0.001)。实验组小鼠骨骼肌超氧化物歧化酶(SOD)活性显著高于对照组(P<0.01),丙二醛(MDA)含量则明显低于对照组(P<0.05)。实验游泳组与对照游泳组小鼠超氧化物歧化酶(SOD)活性无显著性差异(P>0.05),丙二醛(MDA)含量则显著低于对照组游泳组(P<0.01),骨骼肌超微结构的变化也表现出同样的规律。这些结果说明,S863天然果蔬饮料对超氧阴离子自由基具有极强的清除能力,能有效抑制脂质过氧化反应,具有极佳的抗氧化性能。 In order to study the effects of S863 natural fruit beverage on metabolism of skeleton muscle Free Radical and the tolerance in the ability of swimming rats. Through observing the activities of SOD and changes of the content of MDA and the ultrastucture variety of skeletal muscle in group rats, it shows that the swimming time of beverage swimming group remarkable prolonged than swimming group (p<0.001); it is remarkable higher about the activities of SOD in skeletal muscle of control group than the beverage non-swimming group (p<0.01) and the content of MDA obvious lower (p<0.05), but there is and no big difference between the two groups (p>0.05). However, compared with swimming group there are remarkable lower MDA (p<0.01) and the ultrastructure variety of skeletal muscle display in the same way in beverage swimming group. All the above show that the S863 Natural Fruitable Beverage contains powerful abilities of free radical scavenger and reducing the in the reaction of PLO effectively.
