摘要
介绍了由单片机构成的电焊机动态性能测试仪的结构、原理及实用电路,设计了系统软件及与通用微机的接口,实现了信号的采集、处理、分析以及对被测系统进行测试、建模等多种功能。实验表明:该仪器具有功能强、精度高、操作灵活、使用方便及可靠性高等特点。
The paper discusses the block diagram,principle and electric circuit of the dynamic properties testing system for welding power sources with SCP.The system software and interface with computer are introduced.This system realizes the testing modeling,data acquisition,signal preprocess and analysis.The result shows that the system has high precision,easy to operate and high reliabililty.
