医院文化是医院竞争力中无处不在的软因素,它贯穿于医疗行为的始终。医院核心竞争力是医院在服务、质量、人才、管理、经营理念等一系列过程中形成的,具有鲜明的个性特征。创新机制、外在形象是医院文化建设的核心。医院在关注技术优势的同时要不断提升服务理念,以人性化服务提升经济效益,着力培育相适应的文化氛围,真正做到以病人为中心,找准自己的生长点,创出自己的特色,让文化成为保持竞争力的保障力量。医院文化是医院核心竞争力不可或缺的构成因素。
Hospital culture is an important factor for the cultivation of core competitiveness of a hospital. It runs through the whole process of medical treatment, through which the core competitiveness of a hospital is cultivated by combining every factor of treatment including service, quality, personnel, administration, and management concepts etc. Innovation mechanism and image -building are the essential factors for the culitivation of hospital culture. A hospital should attach great importance on maintaining its technical advantages; it should also put emphasis on the improvement of service and the establishment of patient-oriented cultre, in order to create its own characteristics and gain economic benefit by providing humane service. As a result, hospital culture turns out to be the safeguard for the competitiveness of a hospital. In conclusion, hospital culture is an indispensable factor for the core competitiveness of a hospital.
