Study of Rational Charging Structure of Slender Cartridge

摘要 从理论研究和爆破实验得知,中深孔爆破以空气间隔装药结构代替连续装药结构,可提高爆破效率. based on analysis of distribution of blasting stress field of slender cartridges and laboratory study of blasting effect of slender cartridges with 3D and 2D models, it is concluded that the axial impact stress is significantly greater than the confining impact stress. The conventional continuous charging structure can not make effective use of impact energy in fragmentation and casting of materials. However, for medium-length blast hole, the axial charging structure with air spacers can make full use of axial impact energy of the cartridges and reduce energy loss around the blasting localities* The author recommends to adopt charging structure with axial air spacers. For blasting of medium-length holes, it is suggested to ignite both ends of cartridges to improve utilization of energy and blasting results.
