摘要
本文介绍了滤板制造的主要原料为改性的聚丙烯,及其制造工艺。
-This paper is an introduction about a developement and application of a plastic filter plate for a press filter. The plate has such advantages as light in weight, long duration, saving in filter cloth, easy in assembling, operation and maintenance. The main specifications are as followings, dimensions 1.5×1.5m, weight of a plate 82 kg, working pressure≤10kg/cm^2, temperature -1℃ to +50℃. The plastic plate is a pressed modelling with a main material of modified polypropylene. The plastic plate can be applied to a XMZ 340(500)/1500 press filter.
