摘要
我局现开采下侏罗系大同统煤层。地质构造简单,顶板坚硬,煤层较硬,产状平缓,煤质优良,储量丰富,适宜综合机械化采煤。自1970年开始在煤峪口矿试验第一套自制TZ-140型垛式支架以来,现在已发展到12个矿使用29套。10年来共开采137个工作面,共采原煤2088.1万吨。特别是近两年来,综采的发展较快。综采产量比重逐年增长,1974年综采产量仅占回采产量的1.19％,1980年综采产量占回采产量的39.0％。
Coal seams being worked in Tadong Mines Administration belong to Tadong series, Jurassic System. The geological structure is simple and the roof is strong. The coal seam is flat in occurrence. Coal is hard and of good quality. In 1981 1.04 mill. tons of coal and 1.1185 mill. tons of coal were produced from No. 14_(-2) Seam and 11 Coal Seam respectively by No. 1 Crew in Tonjialiang Mine and No. 4 Crew in Meiyukou Mine. OMS was 42.7 and 37.6 tons respectively. The coal seam is 3.25～3.5m in thickness. Dowty 550/4 chockshield supports were used on both faces. EDW-600L shearer from West Germany and AM-500 shearer from UK were used. The length of the working face is 150m. Most of the roof is sandstone, which is controlled by initial caving, local caving and concentrated caving. Attention is also given to matching of haulage and ventilation capacity with production, maintenance of main and tail gates, withdrawl and moving of face equipment.
