摘要
近两年多来,煤炭战线广大职工,响应党的号召,执行党的路线,贯彻八字方针,努力加快调整工程进度,加快在建矿井建设速度,狠抓安全,进行企业整顿,着手进行了一些改革,较好地完成了调整和生产建设各项任务。新的一年开始了,煤炭工业面临的任务更为艰巨而光荣。在1982年及整个“六五”调整期间,煤炭工业要有一个适应国民经济发展的速度,也就是说,从今年开始,既要完成尚未搞完的调整任务,又要使煤炭产量保持一定的增长速度,以满足国民经济发展对煤炭日益增长的需要。要把煤炭产量迅速搞上去。
According to the general and specific policies in technical field formulated by the Ministry of Coal Industry some discussions are given by the Editorial Department of our Journal on Promoting the production and construction of coal industry in the next few years as follows:
1. How to speed up the construction of developing mines?
2. To construct a batch of medium and small mines in suitable regions.
3. How to realize technical reform in coal mines step by step?
4. Develop mining mechanization. Fit out some coal mines with fully mechanized equipment and mechanized equipment including hydraulic props, drum shearer and conveyor in coal faces, also with mechanized excavating equipment in drifting and transportation equipment.
5. Adopt the policy of supporting coal mines in the localities.
