摘要
为了提高矿用电源的效率,保证矿用电源的安全性,研究并设计了LLC谐振半桥输出本质安全电源。基于实现软开关技术的要求,分析了LLC谐振变换器的工作原理,确定了主电路的谐振参数。设计并仿真了LLC变压器。根据最大输出纹波电压和最大输出短路释放能量的要求,确定了输出滤波电容的大小。最后通过实验验证了理论的正确性及有效性。
In order to increase the efficiency and ensure the security of power supply in underground mine, this passage mainly investigated LLC converter as intrinsically safe power supply. The operational principle of LLC converter was explained by considering soft-switching technology. Parameters of main circuit were calculated. Transformer was designed and simulated properly. The spectrum value of the output filter capacitor was obtained with restriction on the request in maximum output voltage ripple and the maximum energy in short-circuit. The design and procedure was listed. Correctness and availability of theories were proven by experiments.
