摘要
利用环境扫描电镜ESEM、XRD衍射与MIP孔结构分析技术,对粉煤灰水泥注浆材料的微观结构形成趋势及特征进行了分析。结果表明:粉煤灰-水泥注浆材料体系的早期结构形成主要是水泥水化的结果;随水固比的降低,粉煤灰水泥注浆材料体系中CH的生成量呈增加的趋势;随着水固比的降低,注浆材料中的孔呈现出大孔减少、小孔增加且最可几孔径降低等孔结构细化的趋势。
The microstructure formation trend and characteristics of fly ash-cement grouting material were studied and analyzed through the environmental scanning electron microscope( ESEM),XRD diffraction,and MIP pore structure analysis technology. This study result indicated that the early structure formation of fly ash-cement grouting material system is mainly the result of cement hydration. With the decreasing of water-solid ratio,generated CH in the fly ash-cement grouting material system is in a trend of increase.Additionally,refinement of the pore structure of the grouting material appears with the decreasing watersolid ratio,the number of big pores reduces while small pores become much more than before.
