摘要
为了对采用半焦粉生产铸造型焦时所用的黏结剂进行研究,以生产出高质量的铸造型焦,对利用半焦粉生产铸造型焦过程中的预热温度、煤沥青的加入量和煤焦油的加入量3个主要因素进行单因素分析和交互作用分析。结果表明:以半焦粉为原料生产铸造型焦的最佳预热温度为170℃;黏结剂的最佳加入条件:煤沥青加入量25%,煤焦油加入量2%。
In order to study the binder used in the production of foundry formed coke with semi-coke powder,study the three main facts of preheating temperature,the adding quantity of coal tar pitch and coal tar and their interaction. The results show that: the optimal preheating temperature is 170 ℃; optimal adding condition is: coal tar pitch addition is 25%,coal tar content is 2%.
