摘要
采用螺旋式分离机为核心,设计了两段回收、两段浓缩的煤泥水分离工艺。介绍了螺旋式分离机的工作原理,煤泥分离效果的影响因素,现有的一段回收、一段浓缩式煤泥分离工艺存在的问题,提出了改进方法。通过实际应用测试,证明了新的煤泥分离工艺极大地提高了煤泥分离效率,实现了清水选煤、洗水闭路循环以及煤粉资源的有效利用,经济效益显著。
The coal slime separation process of two paragraphs recovery & two paragraphs concentration has been designed using spiral separator as the core of the separation system. Some important problems were introduced, such as the working principle of spiral separator, the effect factors of coal slime separation, the flaws in the current process of one paragraphs recovery and one paragraphs concentration, and puts forward the improvement measures then. Through the practical application tests show that the new coal slime separation technology greatly improves a slime separation efficiency and achieve a clear water concentration coal, wash water closed-circuit circulation and pulverized coal the effective utilization of resources, and the economic benefit is remarkable.
