胃炎、胃癌、食管癌患者血液及组织中脂质过氧化物测定

Determination of lipid peroxide in blood and tissues of patients with gastritis, gastric carcinoma or esophageal carcinoma

摘要 对慢性单纯性胃炎、胃炎伴癌前损害及胃、食管癌三组患者血液及组织中脂质过氧化物(Lipid peroxide,LPO)的含量进行了测定。结果显示:胃炎伴癌前损害组及胃、食管癌组组织中脂质过氧化物含量明显高于慢性单纯性胃炎,差异有非常显著性(P<0.001;P<0.005)。提示:脂质过氧化物对癌前损害性病变及癌肿的发生与发展起一定作用。 The levels of lipid peroxide(LPO) in the blood and the tissues of the patients with chronic simple gastritis, gastritis accompanied with precancerous lesions, gastric carcimoma or esophageal carcinoma were determined. The study showed that the LPO levels in the tissues of gastritis accompanied with precancerous lesions, esophageal cancer or gastric cancer were significantly higher than mose in chronic simple gastritis (P<0.001; P<0.005). The results indicate that LPO, as a cell damaging factor, may have some effect on the initiation and development of precancerous lesions and carcinoma. The mechanism of the elevated LPO levels in the tissues is briefly discussed in the paper.
