摘要
对循环流化床(CFB)锅炉的物料平衡进行了理论分析和研究。CFB锅炉内的物料可分为底渣、飞灰、内循环物料和外循环物料,实现能够进入炉膛上部内循环物料的平衡是CFB锅炉运行的基础,对CFB锅炉内循环物料量多少的判断对实际运行有重要意义。
The paper presents theoretical analysis and study results on the charge balancing problem of circulating fluidized boilers (CFB). CFB boiler charges can be distinguished into bottom slag, fly ash, internally circulating charge and externally circulating charge. Balancing of charges that enter internal circulation at the furnace's upper part constitutes the operational foundation of CFB boilers. It is important for operation to figure out the amount of charge that partakes in the internal circulation.
