HTLV-Ⅰ致ATL分子机制的研究进展

摘要
人类T细胞病毒Ⅰ (HTLV Ⅰ )导致成人T淋巴细胞白血病 (ATL) ,其中病毒编码的蛋白Tax起主要作用。Tax主要通过CREB/ATF和NF κB两条途径 ,最终导致多种细胞基因的改变 。
