摘要
本文叙述前人未曾关注过的顺治六年的一段史实,即清摄政王多尔衮两次出兵喀尔喀未果的经过,指出多尔衮执政后期,对喀尔喀采取得是以武力威慑的政策。笔者认为,从顺治七年开始清朝和喀尔喀关系发生转变,这是因为多尔衮征讨行动的结果之一。
The history of Duoergun sending army to Khalkha in 1649……N.HasbagenThe article gave an account of a historical fact happened in 1649 which predecessors had never paid attention to,that was the course of Duoergun sending army to Khalkha for twice and failed.The later period of Duoergun in power,he adopted deterrence policy to Khalkha.The author considered that because the result what Duoergun dad done,the relationship between Qing Dynasty and Khalkha changed.
