摘要
当代中国人格心理学正朝着两个方面努力。一是提升人格心理学研究的理论水平,在借鉴西方人格心理学成果的基础上,反思理论研究的方法论问题,开展对中国人人格的研究,努力建构中国化的人格心理学体系;二是拓宽人格心理学的应用领域,其中包括学校人格教育实践。人格教育着眼于每个受教育者的人格塑造与提升,人格健全是人协调发展的重要指标,人格教育是全面发展教育的重要组成部分。用人格心理学理论指导人格教育实践,应该把工作重心放在以下几方面:对学生的人格作出客观的测量与评价,确立科学合理的人格教育目标,提高人格教育的针对性,协调教育与其他影响因素之间的关系。
In current China character psycholo gy is developing towards two directions.One is that we should raise the theoretical level of chara cter psychology research and reflect on the methodology of theoretical r esearch,conduct the research on the characte r of Chinese people and make an endeavor to construct the character psychology system on the basis of reference to th e research results of western character psychology.The other is that we s hould broaden the applied field of character psychology including the practic e of character education in school.C haracter education aims at building and raising the character of people being educated.Perfect character is the important index of man' s coordinating development and character education is the important com ponent of developing education in an all -round way.Guided by charac ter psychology theory,the practice of character education should focus on the following aspects:making an objective evaluation of students' character,determining scientific and reasonable ob-jective of character education,coo rdinating the relationship between education and other affecting facto rs.
