The conception, application background and essential principle requirements of Integrated Micro Optical Electrical Mechanical cryptogram switches are presented first in the paper, and a structural model of Integrated Micro Optical Electrical Mechanical cryptogram switches is constructed for detailed modules' function discussion. The quality indexes of the optical switches and the laser used in Integrated Micro Optical Electrical Mechanical cryptogram switches are given. Reference to some data and off the state technique, several kinds of optical switches are introduced and a conclusion MEMS optical switches are optimal is presented.
