摘要
目的 明确剖宫产术后患者拔除尿管的最佳时机和患者首次自排小便时间。方法 用B超测定 4 5例剖宫产术后患者的膀胱容量。结果 在患者术后当日输液余量约为 5 0 0ml时 ,为拔除尿管的最佳时机 ,此时测定并计算出的膀胱容量约为 379ml,实际尿量约为 390ml。 95 .6 % (4 3 4 5 )患者在拔除尿管 16 0min内能顺利自行排尿。结论 选择适当的时间拔除尿管并适时督促患者自解小便 。
Objective To definite the good time to cease catheter of sesarean section patient and the first time of urination by oneself.Methods The urocyst capacity of fortyfive patient after sesarean section was measured by B ultrasound.Results When resident infusion is about 500 ml at that day,it’s good time to cease catheter and the urocyst capacity measured is about 379 ml and actual urinary output is about 390 ml.The patients of 95 6 percent can easily discharge her urine by herself in 160 min after ceasing catheter.Conclusion Choosing appropriate time to cease catheter and to discharge urine by herself can benefit urination by herself.
