摘要
以环己烷为溶剂,环烷酸钴-三异丁基铝-六甲基磷酸三酰胺(简称Co-Al-HMPT)为催化剂,于2L釜中对丁苯热塑性弹性体(SBS)的加氢进行了研究。该催化剂仅对SBS中的聚丁二烯嵌段有催化加氢效果。催化剂各组分在釜外混合配制,不经陈化即可使用。较佳的加氢条件为:Al/Co=6~9(摩尔比,下同)。HMPT/Co=6,C=C/Co=1000,SBS溶液浓度为5%(质量),3h,80℃,氢压为1.96MPa。在该条件下的加氢度大于94%,所得氢化SBS的物理机械性能与美国Shell公司的Kraton G 1600基本一致。
The hydrogenation of styrene- butadiene -styrene block copolymer (SBS) using cyclohexane as solvent and cobalt naphthenate-triisobutyl-aluminium hexamethylphosphoric triamide (Co-Al-HMPT)as catalyst was studied .The results show that when the hydrogen pressure is 1.96 MPa, the preferred hydrogenation conditions are Al/Co=6-9(molar ratio),olefinic C=C/ Co= 1000( molar ratio ), HMPT/Co= 6 (molarratio), temperature 80°C ,concentration of SBS solution 5% , and hydrogenation time 3h . The selectivity of Co-Al-HMPT catalyst to the hydrogenation of SBS is good .
