摘要
经济全球化的深入发展使社会主义与资本主义国家关系在21世纪进入了新阶段,把它们之间的合作与斗争置于一个新的背景和条件之下,使它们之间的关系出现了许多新形式、新特点。社会主义国家与资本主义国家都将卷入全球化过程,其相互关系将得到进一步发展,其相互依赖将得到加强,而一个阶段里对话与合作将成为其关系的主流;它们之间的对立依然存在,矛盾有新的发展,甚至时有激化,其斗争形式则有新变化、新特点,并呈现新的发展趋势。
With the further development of economic globalization, the relationship between socialist and capitalist countries comes into a new period in the new century. Globalization has placed the cooperation and struggle of these two systems against a new background, which leads to such a phenomenon that many new forms and features emerge in these two kinds of countries. For example, both socialist and capitalist countries will be involved in the process of globalization, and their relationship will undergo further development and their interdependence will be strengthened. Therefore, in a certain period dialogue and cooperation will be the main current of their relationship. However, we should see that opposition still exists. New contradictions will appear and sometimes may become intensified. Meanwhile their struggle will take on new features.
