摘要
随着我国经济体制改革的深入与发展,社会主义市场经济体制和现代企业制度的建立,特别是伴随着市场竞争和我国已加入WTO的形势,企业界都在寻找各种能够激活企业精神、不断创新、永葆企业活力的先进思想、观念、理论、方法等。企业文化能使企业产生一种无形而巨大的潜在推动力,确保企业在市场竞争的大潮中,永远立足于不败之地。本文试图在我国面对新形势下,对企业文化重构的必要性及方法、思路及途径,提出自己的一些看法。
Due to the development of our economic system reform and the establishment of socialist system and modem enterprise system,especially the situation on market competition and WTO entry,business circles are seeking various advanced methods to stimulate enterprising-ness and creativity.Enterprise culture has great influence so as to make the company stand up steadily in the market competition.This essay attempts to propose some new ideas on reconstructing enterprise culture.
