摘要
利用CAE技术,基于Moldflow Plastics Insight 3.0的充模、流动及保压等分析模块,对轿车空调器主板顶盖的充模流动过程进行动态模拟,分析影响薄壁制品成型的主要因素,解决了相关问题,提高了制品质量。
Filling and flowing processes of an air conditioner main board cover of a car are dynamically simulated by using CAE technology based on Filling, flowing and packing analysis modules of Moldflow Plastics Insight 3.0. Main factors affecting the forning of thin wall plastics are analyzed and correlative problems are solved. The plastics quality is improved.
