摘要
从分析跳汰机中脉动水流作用下颗粒受力与床层松散过程出发,建立了较完整的颗粒运动基本方程,并提出了水流和床层对颗粒运动的作用力与加速度对颗粒作用的惯性力新算法;采用自主开发的跳汰机风压、脉动水流运动、各分层床层松散状况的同步示波测试技术,观察到跳汰分层的一些新现象;提出了脉动水流加速度对物料按密度分层的重要意义;深化了跳汰机中床层松散过程的认识;为提高跳汰机按密度的分层效果,给出了制定跳汰机合理工作制度与确定风压的新方法.
By analyzing the forces on particles under the pulsating current of water and the process of bed dilation and stratification, the author established the basic equation of particle movement in jig washer, proposed new methods for calculating the action on particle by the water flow and bed and the inertia force on the particle by acceleration. With the help of a synchronization oscillograph measurement technique showing the wind pressure of the jig, the motion of pulsating current of water, and dilation status of various layers of the bed, the author proposed a new concept to explain the process of bed dilation. In order to enhance the stratification effect by specific gravity in jig washer, the paper gave new methods to determine the optimum operating parameters and the wind pressure of the jig.
