摘要
研究脱乙酰甲壳素产生抗菌性的方法。介绍脱乙酰甲壳素季铵化的三种途径。研究甲壳素与季铵化试剂水溶性缩水甘油三甲基氯化铵(GTMAC)反应生成一种季铵盐HPTC的合成方法,对脱乙酰甲壳素与季铵化产物HPTC-1和HPTC-2分别进行了物理性能测定,得出季铵盐化度高的HTPC-2的抗菌性较好。
Three methods of antibactacterial effect by chitosan were studied. Also, three ways of chitosan quatemarization were introduced. The chitin reaction with quaternizing agent - aqueous glycidol trimethyl ammonia chloride (GTMAC) will produce a quaternary ammonium salt HPTC. This synthesis method was detailed too. The physical poperty of chitosan and quatemarization product HPTC - 1 and HPTC - 2 were measured to determine aqueous, chlorine content, crystallization property, first decomposition temperature and so on. According to antibacterial test and result comparison, it is shown that HPTC - 2 of high quaterization degree is a good antibacterial agent.
