摘要
目的 通过与Amplatzer封堵器临床疗效比较 ,评价国产封堵器治疗房间隔缺损 (ASD)的效果。方法 选择 6 0例ASD患者 ,男 2 2例 ,女 38例 ,年龄 3～ 5 6岁。采用配对方式分两组 ,介入治疗与随访由同一组医师负责 ,比较两组患者临床疗效、手术操作难易程度及并发症发生情况。结果 两组患者介入封堵术技术成功率 10 0 % ,术后即刻肺动脉压力较术前显著下降 ,两组间即刻残余分流、封堵器回收再放置、X线透视时间差异无显著性。结论 国产封堵器与Amplatzer封堵器技术要求相似 ,均具有操作简便、效果可靠、成功率高、安全等优点 ,但两种封堵器价格差异显著 ,从经济角度考虑 ,条件合适时应选择国产封堵器。
Objective To evaluate and compare the clinical efficiency of the homemade atrial sepatal defect (ASD) occluder with Amplatzer occluder Methods Sixty patients with ASD, 22 males and 38 females, aged from 3 to 56 years, were divided into 2 groups The patients underwent transcatheter closure of ASD with the homemade occluder or Amplatzer occluder Results The ASDs were occluded successfully in the two groups of patients in this study The pulmonary artery pressure decreased apparently immediately after operation in the two groups, and the residual shunt rate, occluder reusing rate and X ray fluoroscopy time were not significantly different between the two groups soon after implantation Conclusion The study shows that the homemade occluder is safe, efficient and feasible as Amplatzer occluder And from to economical point of view, the price of homemade occluder is lower than that of Amplatzer
