摘要
产后出血是妇产科常见疾病,随着社会的发展,剖宫产、人流、药流手术量递增,产后出血发病率逐年升高,严重影响妇女健康。近年来,众多学者对中医治疗产后出血进行了深入研究。文章从病因病机、辨证分型、临床治疗等多个方面,概况了5年来中医诊治产后出血的临床研究情况,并且指出未来产后出血临床研究可从制定单味中药、经典方剂辨证应用标准,完善中药安全性研究等多个方面展开。
Postpartum hemorrhage is a common disease in obstetrics and gynecology.With the development of society,the number of cesarean section and abortion are increasing,causing the incidence of postpartum hemorrhage raising year by year,which seriously affects women’s health.In recent years,many scholars have conducted a lot of research on the treatment of postpartum hemorrhage with traditional Chinese medicine.This article reviewed the etiology and pathogenesis,syndrome differentiation,treatment of postpartum hemorrhage in recent five years.It is also pointed out that the future clinical research on postpartum hemorrhage can be carried out in many aspects.Such as formulating the standard of differentiation of symptoms and signs of single traditional Chinese medicine and classical prescriptions,and improving the safety of traditional Chinese medicine.
