摘要
目的分析老年糖尿病合并高血压病人的临床预防及保健措施,以为其临床治疗提供有效的数据参考。方法以2013年2月-2014年12月间在本院接受治疗的100例老年糖尿病合并高血压病人为研究对象,按照抛掷硬币方式对其进行随机分组,观察组50例,加强综合性预防和保健。对照组50例,进行常规治疗和保健,比较两组患者的干预效果,研究中涉及的数据资料应用SPSS18.0统计学软件进行分析和处理。结果护理后两组患者的血压、血糖水平均明显下降,与护理前比较差异显著P<0.05,且观察组患者护理后的血压、血糖水平均低于对照组,P<0.05;观察组患者的治疗有效率为92%,对照组为76%,组间差异具有明显统计学意义,P<0.05。结论加强老年糖尿病合并高血压患者临床期间的综合护理干预和保健有助于患者疾病症状的改善和生活质量的提高,对于促进患者的康复具有重要意义。
Objective Analysis of senile diabetic hypertension patients clinical prevention and care measures,provide effective data reference for their clinical treatment.Methods Hospital treated 100 Cases from February 2013 to December 2014 of senile diabetic hypertension patients as the research object,by the way of the randomized toss of a coin,observation group of 50 cases,strengthen the comprehensive prevention and health care.Control group of 50 cases,conventional treatment and care,compared two groups of patients,the intervention effect of involved in the research of data using SPSS18.0 statistical software system.Results two groups of patients after nursing,blood pressure and blood sugar level are significantly lower,poor compared with before treatment P<0.05,as for the observation group after nursing,patients blood pressure and blood sugar levels are lower than the control group,P<0.05; Observation group of patients with the treatment effective rate is 92%,control group is 76%,the difference has significant statistical significance between groups,P<0.05).Conclusion The elderly diabetic patients with high blood pressure during the clinical comprehensive nursing intervention could help improving patients disease symptom and the reaching high quality of life,it is of great significance for promoting the patient's recovery.
