摘要
在经济新常态的国内宏观经济运行背景下,在国际贸易保护主义愈演愈烈的外部环境下,我国经济由高速增长阶段向高质量发展阶段转变。2019年政府工作报告提出要促进民营经济发展升级,民营企业也进入变革时期。针对民营企业发展升级面临的形势,从营商环境、产权结构、内部治理以及社会责任等四个层面,剖析了制约民营企业发展升级的现实困境,并提出治理的对策建议。
Under the background of the domestic macroeconomic operation of the new normal economy,under the external environment of international trade protectionism,China’s economy has changed from a high-speed growth stage to a high-quality development stage.In 2019,the government work report proposed to promote the development and upgrading of the private economy,and private enterprises also entered a period of change.In view of the situation faced by private enterprises,from the four levels of business environment,property rights structure,internal governance and social responsibility implementation,this paper analyzes the real dilemma that restricts the development and upgrading of private enterprises,and proposes countermeasures for governance.
