摘要
结合柴油润滑性能评定试验用高频往复试验机的工作原理,以温度、冲程、频率、时间以及试验机性能作为反映设备稳定性和准确性的技术指标,阐述并例举了该设备的期间核查内容和方法,对核查结果进行了分析和评价,并指出了核查时应注意的问题,确保了该设备在检定期内的准确度。
Combined with the working principle of the high-frequency reciprocating rig(HFRR)which was used for evaluating the lubricity of diesel,the technical indexes including temperature,length of stroke,frequency,time and performance of the testing machine were selected to reflect the stability and accuracy of the equipment.The contents and methods of intermediate check of the equipment were described and illustrated,the check results were analyzed and evaluated,and the attentions during the intermediate check were also introduced,to guarantee the accuracy of the equipment in the metrological verification periodicity.
