摘要
针对工业纯钛TA1的金相制样方法进行了研究,对比了机械抛光和电解抛光两种方法的抛光效果,得到了机械抛光和电解抛光的最佳工艺参数。结果表明:经4次机械抛光+化学侵蚀,或在高氯酸+冰醋酸(体积比6∶94)电解液中60V电压下电解抛光14s,均可得到无变形孪晶的显微组织;但电解抛光相比机械抛光时间更短,效率更高,得到的显微组织形貌图质量也更好。
The metallographic sample preparation method of commercial pure titanium TA1 was studied,and by comparing the polishing effect of mechanical polishing and electrolytic polishing,the optimal technological parameters of these two polishing methods were obtained.The results show that microstructure without deformation twin could be obtained through mechanical polishing adding chemical erosion for 4times,or electrolytic polishing in perchlorate and glacial acetic acid with volume ratio of 6∶94and electrolytic voltage of 60 Vfor 14s.However,the efficiency of electrolytic polishing method was higher than that of the mechanical polishing method,and the obtained microstructure also showed better.
