摘要
设计开发了矿井水灾事故应急救援辅助决策系统,具有导入数据自动三维建模、三维仿真分析矿井任何地点发生透水淹井过程的功能。采用的分析方法考虑了矿井地理环境和气压环境对水流运动的影响作用,实现了仿真分析结果与实际物理实验结果完全一致。该系统的应用可直观展现矿井透水流动过程、淹没区域、积水量,尤其是将无水区域与井下作业人员定位系统的数据结合显示,即可判断井下被困人员的生存情况,预测生存时间以及分析打救援钻孔带来的风险,从而为应急救援指挥决策提供关键信息。该系统在矿井水灾应急救援演练中的应用表明,仿真分析结果对于矿井透水灾害评估、预测重灾区域、改进相关应急预案、完善安全避险系统具有重要的指导作用。
An assistant decision- making system for emergency rescue of mine water disaster was established,which has the functions of automatic 3D modeling with the importing data and 3D simulation analysis on flooding process in any place of mine. The adopted analysis method considers the effect of geographic and atmospheric environment on the water flow movement in mine,and realizes the consistent results between the simulation analysis result and the practical physical experiment result. The application of this system can intuitively display the flow process,flooding zones and water accumulating volume of mine flooding,especially achieve the combination display of dry zones and data of positioning system for underground workers. The survival situation of underground jammed personnel can be judged,the survival time can be predicted,and the risk of rescue drilling can be analyzed,so as to provide the key information for the emergency rescue command and decision- making. The application of this system in emergency rescue exercise of mine water disaster showed that the simulation results has an important guiding role for assessing the mine flooding disaster,predicting the worst- hit area,improving the relevant emergency plans and perfecting the safety refuge system.
