摘要
由于当今在校大学生面临更多的压力与冲突,导致校园心理危机事件频发。为了有效干预和处置校园心理危机事件,有必要从管理协同视角出发提出构建全面协同的工作网络,包括由垂直网络和平行网络组成的校内工作网络以及由高校—家庭、高校—专业机构—相关部门、高校—高校之间组成的校外工作网络。网络在统一领导下规范运行,及时有效的干预和处置学生的心理危机事件,保证大学生的健康成长和校园环境的和谐稳定。
Psychological crisis has become more frequent in today's campus because college students are confronted with more pressure and conflicts.In order to intervene and manage campus psychological crisis effectively,this essay,written from the perspective of the collaborative management,suggests to build up a comprehensive synergistic network consisting of both a network inside campus made up of vertical and parallel networks and a network outside composed of three channels:collegehome,college-professional institute-relevant departments and college-college.This comprehensive network,under unified management,efficiently and effectively intervenes and manages students' psychological crisis,which ensures their healthy growth as well as a harmonious and stable campus environment.
