摘要
为培养医学生扎实的临床基本技能而创建的多媒体临床技能综合训练实验室系统,是以教师主控台为中央控制,以若干学生机为终端的计算机局域网络.这种系统不仅含有多种培养临床基本技能所需的多媒体教材及随机考核题库,而且有心肺听触诊、腹部触诊等电子标准化病人.它建构了多媒体技术与电子标准化病人相结合的教学新模式.为学生提供了反复训练的实习基地,为临床基本技能教学开辟了一个新的领域.
In order to develop basic clinical skills of medical students, a multimedia lab system of comprehensive training is established. It is a LAN taking the teacher's computer as a master control and students' computers as terminals. This system provides a variety of multimedia teaching materials for basic clinical training with random examination question bank electronically standardized patients for heart-lung auscultation and palpation, abdominal palpation and heart-lung-brain resuscitation are elaborately developed.In so doing, a new teaching mode of combining multimedia technology with electronically standardized patients is established, which provides students with a practice base for repeated training and opens a new field for teaching of basic clinical skills.
