摘要
目的探讨重型颅脑损伤后外减压术并发症的发生原因。方法回顾性分析本院收治的68例需行颅骨修补术的颅脑损伤病人,比较在本院和在当地医院接受外减压术所发生的并发症。结果在当地医院接受减压术的病人分流依赖性脑积水、硬膜下积液、伤口脑脊液漏的发生率明显升高(P<0.05)。结论去骨瓣减压术应严格掌握指征并尽可能地减少医源性并发症。
Objective To explore the cause of the various complications after external decompression craniectomy in the patients with brain injury.Methods The clinical data of68patients with brain injury,who underwent external decompression craniectomy were analyzed retrospectively.Complications in42patients with brain injury who underwent the decompression in our hospital were compared to those in26patients with brain injury who received the decompression in the local hospital.Results The complications,such as shunt-dependent hydrocephalous,subdural fluid collection and CSF leakage from scalp incision in the patients who underwent the decompression in the local hospital were significant higher(P<0.05)than those in the patients received the decompression in our hospital.Conclusion The decompression craniectomy should be performed according to strict operative indication and the iatrogenic side effects should be reduced as possible.
