摘要
在产业集群学习行为和一般组织学习的比较基础上 ,提出集群学习的概念。从知识观角度对集群学习模式进行剖析 ,并从内部静态知识积累和成员间动态知识互动两个维度揭示集群学习模式的类型及其对应的集群空间状态 。
It first,analyzes the concept of industrial cluster learning based on the knowledge flow,then classifies the type of cluster learning from two dimensionalities:the internal knowledge base of cluster,the extent of the interaction among the members of cluster. Based on this classification mode,it puts out the evolutionary path for the cluster learning and correspondingly the spatial situation of clusters evolved. Finally it analyzes the factors that influence the upgrade of cluster learning mode from outside.
