摘要
研究精密机械热误差校正的机理 ,提出主动热校正控制变形误差的精度指标。针对热控制源幅值参数确定的困难性 ,引入一种新的优化算法 -基因遗传算法 ,用于热控制源的幅值参数的优化设计 ,实例研究表明遗传优化算法在热误差校正控制中的应用是成功的 。
In this paper, the thermal error calibration principle of precision machines is presented, and the accuracy index of active calibration thermal deformation is proposed. The optimization method of genetic algorithms is introduced to design the parameter of thermal actuator, in order to solve the parameter problem. The example shows that thermal error calibration control and optimization parameter method are successful, and the new method has prospects of application.
