摘要
工程项目的进度控制是三大控制的重要内容 ,本项目由于其特殊性 ,进度控制尤为重要。本文通过修改关键线路 ,使主导工序成为关键工作 ,便于施工控制 ;利用网络优化技术 ,合理压缩关键工作的持续时间 ;适当调整工序之间的搭接 ,减小总工期 ;采用计划、协调、控制等手段 ,控制施工的整个过程 ,最终使工程目标得以实现。本项目采用明确目标、预控为主、积极防范、科学管理的模式管理工程项目 。
The progress control of projects is the important content of the three big controls. Because of its special features, the progress control of this project is particularly important. Through modifying the crucial line, the leading process in made to become the crucial work, which resulted in easy construction control. By adopting net work optimization technology, the duration of crucial work is reasonably reduced. The appropriate adjustment of the conneching between different processes helps reduce the totul duration of a project. The project goals are aclieved by adopting such measures as planning, wordination, and control so as to influence the whote construction process. It is shown in this paper that the management of engineering projects is realized by setting clear targets, by practicing controt in ndvance as a chief measure, by adopting active precautious cuntermeasures, and by exerusing suentific management, thus resulting in good social and economic benefits.
