采用扫描电镜、透射电镜、X-射线衍射等手段 ,研究膨胀石墨的内部结构特征 .提出并证实膨胀石墨是由大量纳米级厚度 (30~ 80 nm)的微片组成 .该纳米微片又由更薄的纳米级薄片构成(1.0~ 5 .0 nm) ,且这些更细的薄片间存在间隙 .膨胀石墨的这种结构特征 ,为聚合物
Structural characteristics of expanded graphite was studied by SEM, TEM, XRD and some other means. The authors suggest and prove that expanded graphite is composed by massive microplates in thichness of nano order (30~80 nm), and these nanosheets are composed by even more thinner nanosheets (1.0~5.0 nm) with interspaces between them. The structural characteristics of expanded graphite may serve as a basis for preparing polymer/graphite nanocomposites.
